This groundbreaking Summit is Tailored for Adults and
Youth in Grades 7 - 12



Due to the sensitive nature of the topic,
minors must be registered by a parent or adult caregiver
and accompanied by the parent or adult caregiver for the duration of the Summit. ONE (1) adult may supervise up to FIVE (5) minors.

Please read the PARENT INFORMATION LETTER before registering. This letter will help you understand the learning objectives of this Summit.

Release & Waiver Forms for each minor child (< 18 years) is included with the on-line registration process. It must be completed in order for your child to attend the Summit and Empower Youth Workshop.
