Krystal English, M2



Krystal English is a second-year medical student at UTHealth McGovern Medical School and member of the Doctors for Change Anti-Human Trafficking Committee. Krystal is also the preclinical academic liaison for the UTHealth Health Professionals Against Interpersonal Violence (HPAIV) which aims to increase medical training to care for patients of sex trafficking and abuse. She completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Amherst College and then her Doctorate in Neuroscience at UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She is interested in a career in Neurology, specifically Neurointensive care.
