FidelMA B. Rigby, MD





Fidelma Rigby, M.D., is an Associate Professor with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine at VCU Health. A passionate proponent of medical education on human trafficking, Dr. Rigby established a human trafficking elective for the medical students in 2018. In partnership with ImPACT Virginia, a local nonprofit, Dr. Rigby leads a team of medical students who engage in human trafficking research and community outreach. VCU's Annual Medical Symposium on Human Trafficking is a major component of the Elective.
