Cathy Easter





Cathy Easter is the executive director of Safe Harbor, a Henrico-County based non-profit agency which provides services for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence and human trafficking. She built her 30-year career in the nonprofit sector working for agencies including The ALS Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the American Diabetes Association. Easter has been the executive director of Safe Harbor since December 2014. Under her tenure, Safe Harbor has established a comprehensive program for survivors of human trafficking including the agency’s human trafficking shelter program which opened in January 2017.
